Our prices are calculated max 5 persons in apartment per night (plus tourism taxes & final cleaning (€ 10,- per person)) for the period of one week.
Terms of payment: 70 % deposit, cash payment at destination
Additional costs: Tourist tax € 4,20 per person/night (starting age 15), final cleaning charge € 70,-
Cancellation: only by notice in writing. Up to 9 weeks before arrival we don´t charge. Up to 4 weeks before arrival we do charge 40% of the total arrangement price. Up to 8 days before date of arrival 70 % and 7 days or less before date of arrival we do charge 90% of total price of arrangement. No shows are charged at 100% of total price of arrangement.
